John Cutts
Chief Executive and Founder
With over 25 years in the business, John has a wealth of experience as an international investment banker. After starting work as an engineer at Rolls Royce and a period in property asset management, John joined Amsterdam Rotterdam Bank where he worked with George Loudon (who is now non-Executive Chairman of Pall Mall Capital) before becoming Managing Director & Head of Corporate Finance at EBC Amro Bank in 1985. Following a period as Executive Director of European Mergers & Acquisitions at Samuel Montagu & Co, John was appointed Head of European Corporate Finance at the WestLB Group.
After joining Pall Mall Capital in 2000, John acquired and recapitalised the company with co-founder Jacques Rouayroux in 2001.

Craig Humphrey
Managing Director
Craig worked in Capital Markets and Equity Derivatives for Kleinwort
Benson, UBS and Citibank before entering Corporate Finance in 1999.
He completed an internship with NM Rothschild's media team, subsequently
joining Credit Suisse First Boston's Media and Telecom Group. He later
transferred to the Mergers & Acquisitions product group and has transaction
experience across a range of industries.
Craig joined Pall Mall Capital in 2002, working
on UK and cross border deals involving private, corporate and private equity
clients. He has also worked closely with each of our Alliance Partners.

Richard Speak
Executive Director
Richard began his career as an entrepreneur at the age of 17 running a promotional clothing business in his home town of Blackburn,
before selling out to a competitor and joining Ernst and Young LLP in Leeds. After three and a half years in the PLC Assurance and
Advisory teams, Richard joined BDO Stoy Hayward’s Corporate Finance team in Leeds where he worked on a wide range of both public and
private deals including the Reverse Takeover of Eddie Stobart Ltd on to the UK Official List for £137 million in 2007.
Richard joined Pall Mall Capital in 2007 and works across all sectors of the business. Richard is a Chartered Accountant and holds a
Law Degree. He is a full member of the Securities and Investments Institute in the UK.
Misha Intwala
Associate
Misha began her career in investment banking in 2003 with Enam Financial Consultants in India.
In 2006, Misha moved to the UK to join the M&A team at Cobalt Corporate Finance where she focussed on private mid market UK sell side advisory transactions.
In 2007 she joined Piper Jaffray in the MT and Clean Tech Team, focussing on public market transactions for technology, clean tech and healthcare companies in the UK.
Misha joined Pall Mall Capital in 2010 and works across both public and private market transactions. Misha holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and is a Chartered Accountant.

Léo Thétiot
Analyst
Léo studied at the University of Birmingham, UK and at the University of Lyon, France from which he graduated with a Masters degree in Valuation and Finance with a thesis on the
M&A activity of real estate companies. Léo completed several internships in the financial industry including at Credit Agricole in Paris and Privast Capital Partners,
a pan-European venture capital fund based in Belgium.
Léo joined Pall Mall Capital in 2009.

Gerald Raingold

Gerald has over 30 years experience in M&A and equity capital markets. Before joining Pall Mall Capital, Gerald had worked for the Dawnay Day Group from 1995,
where he was latterly Executive Chairman of the investment banking division. Prior to Dawnay Day, Gerald was Managing Director of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets
Division of the Paribas Group (now BNP Paribas) in London. He had also worked for Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) in London, Boston and Paris, Wallace Brothers
(now Standard & Chartered Merchant Bank) and Midland Montagu.

R. Rudolph Reinfrank

Rudy is the managing general partner of Riverford Partners, LLC, a Beverly Hills based strategic advisory and investment firm and was also a co-founder
and a managing general partner of Clarity Management, LLC, the general partner and management company for Clarity Partners L.P.,
a private equity investment firm based in Beverly Hills.
Prior to the formation of Clarity Partners in 2001, Rudy was a founding partner of Rader Reinfrank & Co., LLC, a Los Angeles based private equity investment
firm after prior experience as executive, investor, and advisor across a wide range of industries for the Roy E. Disney and Marvin Davis families. Rudy is the lead
presiding director and compensation committee chair for Parker Drilling Company (NYSE: PKD) and he is a director of Global Leveraged Capital, LLC and Equity Partners Risk Purchasing Group, LLC.
Alex Carré de Malberg

Alex has 18 years of investment banking experience, of which more than
10 years were spent with Rothschild Group until 2009. Alex has concluded over 50 mergers and acquisitions, fund raising and
valuation assignments over the past decade, of which half involved
emerging markets companies.
Alex has been based in Abu Dhabi since end of 2006, where he is currently
acting as Senior Advisor to The National Investor on Middle East based
transactions. Alex also acts as independent financial adviser to select private
family offices or sovereign wealth funds on cross border transactions.
In his previous capacity as head of investment banking at Invest AD,
the Abu Dhabi Investment Company, Alex built and managed the
only IB team located within a quasi-sovereign wealth fund entity.
Alex started his investment banking career at Lazard in New York, followed by
Peregrine in Hong Kong and Equinox Capital in Singapore.
Alex is a chemical engineer by training, having graduated both in France and
USA with MSc. He subsequently earned a MBA from HEC (France), where he
taught a seminar on Mergers and Acquisitions from 1996
to 2006.

Dolf Campman
Dolf started his career in strategic management consulting with The MAC Group
before moving into Mergers & Acquisitions with Hambros Bank. Nine years
later he joined WestLB, where he founded the Media & Telecommunications
team and became Executive Director TMT Investment Banking. In 2003 Dolf
joined Dawnay Day Corporate Finance as Managing Director of its newly
established Media division.
Dolf joined Pall Mall Capital in 2004.

Jonathan Driscoll

Jonathan is a highly experienced pan-European real estate professional specialising in origination, negotiation, structuring and/ or management of investments into real estate transactions across UK, Germany, France, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Switzerland and Sweden.
Jonathan is currently the principal of two leading real estate investment funds, HOJASCO Capital Ltd (Cyprus) and Bream Real Estate (Guernsey) Ltd. Previously he was at Pelham Partners Ltd, London and CIPRIM, Paris / GBB, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Berlin & Prague, having started his career at Knight Frank + Rutley, in London & Paris.

Jacques Rouayroux

Jacques started his career with trading group Chimie Afrique where he subsequently became the Chief Executive. After joining SCOA, a member of the Paribas Group, he then held a range of senior management positions with the Compagnie de Suez and its subsidiaries Générale de Belgique (where he was a client of John Cutts), SIPH and Clinvest before founding AYX Finance which provides advice to family owned groups operating in Europe, Africa and China.
Jacques co-founded Pall Mall Capital with John in 2001. He focuses primarily on French clients and their counterparts.

George Loudon
Non-Executive Chairman
George started his career in Project Management with the Ford Foundation in New York and Jakarta. He subsequently
became a management consultant with McKinsey and Company in the Netherlands before his appointment as General Manager
at the New Issue and Syndicate Department of the Amsterdam Rotterdam Bank where he was a member of the Board of Managing Directors.
After joining the Board of Midland Bank plc, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive of Midland Montagu.
