Headquartered in London since 1991, Pall Mall Capital has offices in France and USA and has also mobilised leading investment bankers with whom we have dealt in the past to form the unique Pall Mall Alliance. This enables our service to cross borders as we support our clients with transactions across Europe, USA and Africa.

Through the Alliance we use our expertise to advise on international mergers, acquisitions, capital raising and restructuring.

Pall Mall Capital is led by John Cutts and Jacques Rouayroux who recapitalised the company in 2001 together with George Loudon as their non-Executive Chairman.
