Johnson Seafarms

Pall Mall Capital advised the management team of Johnson Seafarms, the Shetland-based leaders in aquaculture and pioneers in cod farming, in connection with a management buy-out and capital raising to finance long-term expansion. The investment of over £30 million (including debt) by European Acquisition will allow the company to significantly accelerate the production of farmed cod on a commercial scale, with a strong focus on organic standards, sustainability, traceability, the environment and fish welfare.




     

Rheinische GrundbesitzAG benefited from the Pall Mall Alliance when Equity Gate and Pall Mall Capital in London structured a leveraged joint venture and raised additional capital for the German logistics real estate activities that are now concentrated in Deutsche Lagerhaus. We identified and negotiated with Immofinanz who will initially own 50% of the enlarged company, increasing its holding to 74% as the overall portfolio grows to in excess of Euro300 million. Immofinanz is the leading publicly quoted Austrian international property investor.




Titus AG

EquityGate, a Pall Mall Alliance member, advised Berlin Capital Fund on strategic options for its investment in Titus AG.




Allergy Therapeutic

EquityGate, a Pall Mall Alliance member, placed a block of shares in Allergy Therapeutics intial public offering at London Stock Exchange AIM with German investors.




New Media Spark    Spuetz AG

Pall Mall Capital advised New Media Spark plc in respect of their majority holding in Spütz AG, listed on the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange in Germany.




Carbo

Pall Mall Capital worked with Carbo PLC, the international abrasives manufacturer, in the first stage of the refinancing and restructuring of the group which has introduced approximately £5 million of new equity into the group.




MM&K

Pall Mall Capital advised the management of MM&K on the buy out of MM&K from EFG, the private bank. The buy out will allow MM&K to focus on developing its advisory business in a number of sectors, in particular financial services.




Planet Ice

Pall Mall Capital advised institutional shareholders in Planet Ice, an £8 million leisure business (which is the largest private operator of ice rinks in the UK) in connection with the sale of institutional shares to management shareholders.




Kobalt

Pall Mall Capital advised Kobalt, a music services business offering advanced royalty collection services, in connection with a £1 million private placement.
